Georgina Tyburski, RN, BSN - President

Georgina is a Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant with over 25 years of professional nursing education and experience in a wide variety of medical specialties and case types. Whether interviewing patients, medical staff, or expert witnesses she employs her lengthy medical experience and Legal Nurse Consultant education to filter through the information needed to understand a case. Georgina is the initial contact RN for her attorney clients and determines which nursing team will receive the new cases. Her specialty as a Legal Nurse Consultant is to train her team for product consistency due to the high volume of cases handled. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your future needs.

Ashley Lowe

Ashley Lowe, RN, BSN

Ashley is an actively practicing registered nurse experienced in ER, Trauma, Medical Surgical, Bariatrics, and Case Management. She is a full-time practicing behind-the-scenes legal nurse consultant and has extensive experience reviewing many types of medical malpractice cases and personal injury cases for the plaintiff and the defense. Some of her areas of focus include long-term care cases, wounds, sepsis, falls, medical surgical and ER cases. Ashley has reviewed hundreds of cases since becoming a legal nurse consultant.

Hannah Jaeger

Hannah Jaeger, RN, BSN, ALNC, CCRN, TCRN, PCCN

Hannah is a registered nurse and legal nurse consultant. She is highly attentive to detail, excels in pattern recognition, and loves providing medical education and finding the tiny details that can make or break a case. Hannah's extensive experience includes critical care, nurse training, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle crashes, slips and falls, victims of gun violence, organ donation, end of life/palliative care, and COVID-19. She has reviewed hundreds of cases behind the scenes as a legal nurse consultant.

Kelly Brennan

Kelly Brennan, RN, BSN

Kelly is a Registered Nurse and a valued member of our team. She worked with us throughout her nursing education and has continued in her role following graduation. Over the past several years, Kelly has collaborated closely with our nursing staff, assisted in developing company guidelines, and supported communication across our clinical team. She has reviewed cases alongside our RNs and contributed to medical record retrieval for attorneys. Kelly currently works full-time as an ER nurse while continuing to serve as a valued member of our Legal Nurse Consultant team.

Amanda Boor

Amanda Boor, RN, MSN

Amanda is a Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant with extensive clinical experience across many health care settings. Throughout more than a decade in nursing, she became recognized for her strong clinical background and ability to interpret complex medical situations quickly and accurately. Her background as a float nurse, travel nurse, and nursing educator has equipped her with broad, adaptable expertise. She now applies this clinical foundation to the medical-legal arena, analyzing personal injury cases with precision and clarity. Amanda has reviewed hundreds of cases as a behind-the-scenes Legal Nurse Consultant, providing attorneys with detailed medical chronologies and clinically informed insights that strengthen overall case strategy.

Rebecca Nappi

Rebecca Nappi, RN, BSN

Rebecca is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of clinical experience spanning the full spectrum of perioperative nursing, with a strong emphasis on the operating room and trauma surgery. Throughout her career, she became known for her deep understanding of surgical workflows, perioperative standards of care, and her ability to perform with exceptional efficiency in high-pressure environments. Her patients consistently received VIP-level care.

Her background also includes leadership roles within perioperative services, where she contributed to team coordination, clinical oversight, and the enforcement of safety and quality standards. She now applies this extensive perioperative foundation to the medical-legal arena, analyzing personal injury cases with clarity and surgical precision.

As a behind-the-scenes Legal Nurse Consultant, Rebecca reviews medical records and prepares detailed personal injury chronologies, identifying key findings that give attorneys a clear, organized understanding of the case. In addition to her consulting work, Rebecca also serves as an expert witness, offering authoritative insight into perioperative nursing practice and standards of care.

Anthony Tyburski - Managing Member

Anthony Tyburski serves as the Managing Member of Legal Nurse Consultants USA, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the firm running with precision and consistency. With a background in electrical engineering, Anthony brings a highly analytical, systems-driven approach to workflow management, quality control, and organizational efficiency.
