Georgina TyburskiGeorgina Tyburski, RN, BSN - President

Georgina is a Registered Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant with over 25 years of professional nursing education and experience in a wide variety of medical specialties and case types. Whether interviewing patients, medical staff, or expert witnesses she employs her lengthy medical experience and Legal Nurse Consultant education to filter through the information needed to understand a case. Georgina is the initial contact RN for her attorney clients and determines which nursing team will receive the new cases. Her specialty as a Legal Nurse Consultant is to train her team for product consistency due to the high volume of cases handled. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your future needs.

 

Ashley LoweAshley Lowe, RN, BSN

Ashley is an actively practicing registered nurse experienced in ER, Trauma, Medical Surgical, Bariatrics, and Case Management. She is a full-time practicing behind-the-scenes legal nurse consultant and has extensive experience reviewing many types of medical malpractice cases and personal injury cases for the plaintiff and the defense. Some of her areas of focus include long-term care cases, wounds, sepsis, falls, medical surgical and ER cases. Ashley has reviewed hundreds of cases since becoming a legal nurse consultant.

 

Hanna JaegerHannah Jaeger, RN, BSN, ALNC, CCRN, TCRN, PCCN

Hannah is a registered nurse and legal nurse consultant. She is highly attentive to detail, excels in pattern recognition, and loves providing medical education and finding the tiny details that can make or break a case. Hannah’s extensive experience includes critical care, nurse training, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, motor vehicle crashes, slips and falls, victims of gun violence, organ donation, end of life/palliative care, and COVID-19. She has reviewed hundreds of cases behind the scenes as a legal nurse consultant.

 

Nick FaoroNicholas J. Faoro RN, MSN, CPSN

Nick has practiced nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 2008 and has an extensive clinical background in: surgery, trauma, critical care nursing, perioperative nursing, general medical-surgical nursing, and ambulatory nursing. In addition to his clinical knowledge base, Nick has several years of experience in quality assurance, clinical documentation auditing and policy development. Nick is a Legal Nurse Consultant with a master’s degree focused in Nursing - Health Systems Leadership from Gonzaga University.

 

Kelly BrennanKelly Brennan, Student Nurse

Kelly works with us as a student nurse for three years. She creates content for all our courses, communicates with our nurses, and assists with creating our company’s guidelines. Kelly has read and reviewed personal injury cases as a student shadowing our RNs in our day-to-day operations. Additionally, she has aided in record retrieval for attorneys. Kelly will graduate with her RN, BSN in 2025 and intends to subcontract as a part-time Legal Nurse Consultant beginning with personal injury cases.
