Criminal Cases
Criminal cases involve an action that is considered to be harmful to society as a whole. A person accused of a crime is generally charged in a formal accusation called an indictment (for felonies or serious crimes) or information (for misdemeanors).
DUIs, sexual and physical assaults, child, spouse or elderly abuse, individual providers and facilities, environmental, violent crimes, psychiatric defense and psychiatric issues, Medicaid and Medicare fraud/abuse, possession of narcotics, and excessive use of force by law enforcement.
